The Winner in 2010 was David Stokes in Holtwood, Pennsylvania. He won a First Pitch machine for their community summer league to use. David is the owner of DM Stokes Home Renovations.


Enter our drawing to win a First Pitch Baseline Pitching Machine for your school or league (please note the machine is not for personal use but for the school or league use). Please note this offer is for United States residents only and machines will only be shipped within the United States and the drawing for the machine will take place at the end of the year (December 31, 2012) -- Please note that all entries must include a street mailing address for shipment.  PO boxes for shipment will be disqualified from entry in the contest.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS  OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES (excluding Puerto Rico), WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT TIME OF ENTRY. ALL FEDERAL, STATE LOCAL & MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. WINNERS AGREE THAT FIRST PITCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION OR FROM ANY ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about December 31, 2011. Winners will be notified either by mail, email, or telephone on or about January 15, 2012. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be returned within 14 days of notification. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within 14 days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules or the prize notification letter, may, at the sole discretion of First Pitch, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner.
